A Bit About Me

I have been a Pacific Northwest-based leader and author since 2014. Previously, I have lived in rural Central Washington, North San Diego County, Colorado Springs, and Silicon Valley. With a life-long interest in a wide variety of topics, I’ve built an extensive leadership network portfolio and have become an expert in cross-cultural mentoring in urban poverty contexts. Professionally, I wear three hats. One, I am a Spiritual Director, better defined as a Spiritual Mentor or Soul Friend. I see clients in person in the Kirkland WA area and remotely all over the world. Two, I am an Editor for Fuller Theological Seminary's DMIN and DIS programs, and for a select group of authors. Three, this year two friends and I launched a publishing house called ElevateInk Publishing Group of which I am the Chief Editor - more on that soon! On a personal note, I am experimenting this year with being a digital nomad, and have been exploring the West coast as I travel and work. As well, I am a writer and regularly write about hope in difficult places, grief, loss and joy, and about faith intertwined with justice and mercy. In my spare time, I delight in the ocean, the outdoors, solitude, and the company of family and friends.
